She reflects on the current COVID-19 pandemic, stating: “We are a forward-looking company, with great growth ambitions, and we are not going to be held back by unexpected crises, like the current COVID-19 pandemic. In fact, within the first week of “lockdown” here in the Netherlands, we transferred from a physical paper department to a digital department. We are very proud of this achievement! Despite the challenging circumstances, it is a fantastic step forward, which we definitely want to continue.“HDI Global Specialty SE, the Netherlands is a specialist insurer with the ambition to become the absolute number one in our field. Operational Support will ensure that our agents and brokers are provided with the best possible service, so that they enjoy doing business with us.”
The Netherlands’ Managing Director, Faisal Setoe commented: “As a seasoned Operations Manager in the financial industry, I am delighted to announce that Monique is heading up the Support department of HDI Global Specialty SE, the Netherlands. She is also a member of our Management team, and therefore holds IT within her portfolio, making sure that all developments fit to our processes. As our Support department is the heart of our company, we need experience and leadership to foster our ambitions. I believe Monique can, and will, make this happen, and I welcome her on board!”.
