For any complaints related to the following cases:
- Complaints concerning the observance of the provisions of the Insurance Code and its implementing rules
- Complaints for which the complainant is not satisfied with the outcome of the complaint, as well as those to which the Insurer did not reply within a maximum period of 45 days following the date of receipt, including those relating to the management of the contractual relationship (particularly in terms of the attribution of responsibility, the effectiveness of the provision, quantification and payment of sums due to the person entitled).

attaching the documentation regarding the claim eventually treated by the Insurer and data specified by article. 5 of ISVAP Regulation No. 24.
It remains however the right to appeal directly to the judicial authorities, in addition to the right to resort to conciliation systems where these exist. Do not fall within the jurisdiction of IVASS complaints in relation to any matter has already been brought before the judicial authorities.
